Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you have 7 days to return any dry goods and 48 hours for any dairy/cold item from the day that you received them. Dairy / cold goods need to be kept in a refrigerated state and cannot have been kept anywhere else that could have caused environmental factors to spoil the product.

To be eligible for the return the item/s MUST be unused, having been stored appropriately and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be in it's original packaging and you must have the receipt or equivalent proof of purchase for it.
